Description of Bardos Reserva
In the hardest and coldest area of Ribera del Duero, at an altitude of over 940 metres, between the Burgos villages of Fuentemolinos and Moradillo de Roa. Here lies the Páramo de Corcos, the most surprising and unknown region of Ribera, a plain of ten thousand hectares where only the bravest know how to work the land in extreme conditions all year round. They are the true Bardos of wine, a collection of wines is born in honour of all the men and women who dedicate their lives to the vineyard. Aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels. 2016 was an exceptional vintage in terms of quantity and very good quality as well as impeccable sanitary conditions. The harvest was abundant and of balanced ripening. The resulting wines have a lot of fruit, volume and good capacity to withstand the weather.Ideal pairing
