A project that began with the enthusiasm and effort of a group of restless winegrowers who decided to put their land, their vineyards and their wine to good use.

Today this dream has become the benchmark winery of the D.O. Calatayud and the world of Garnacha.

Baltasar Gracián Blanco El Discreto 2019 is a very fine and aromatic wine, with citrus, floral and herbaceous aromas, very complex and attractive. Since the 2015 vintage, the Garnacha Blanca has been added to the blend. This traditional grape variety with Aragonese origins has a very reduced cultivation.

Making notes

Whole rapeseed by hand and pressed slightly at very low temperature for obtaining the flower must. Breeding on lees for the development of the best aromas of each variety.
