Baltasar Gracián Arte de Ingenio Reserva wine is the oldest of the Baltasar Gracián family, based in the Calatayud DO. Specifically, this red wine differs from its younger brothers. It remains for a longer period of time in French oak barrels, in order to acquire more aromas and sensations on the palate. A remarkable wine in terms of value for money that can be paired with meats of all kinds, but we take this opportunity to recommend a steak or beef tenderloin.
