AT Roca
In the Ordal area, Agusti Torello Sibill, together with his son Agusti Torello Roca in 2012, undertook a project aimed at producing great sparkling wines focused on the landscape. Wines with a singular capacity to bottle a territory marked by a vineyard worked in the most respectful way on the characteristic calcareous soils of the area. Precision and identity, incredible wines.
Tasting notes
Look
Clean and bright, pale yellow color with gold again. Fine and persistent bubble of average development with abundant formation of rosaries and crown.
Smell
In the first olfactory impression it is clean, open and elegant. In second printing fruity aromas dominate which highlights the notes Pippin apple, pear and fennel on a background of cakes and pastries.
Taste
The palate is very fruity and shows fine and dandy, with creamy and well integrated carbonic.

Description of AT Roca Reserva Eco
AT Roca Reserva is the presentation wine of Agusti Torello Sibill and son's project. A pure expression of the Costers del Ordal area, chalky soils, identity with a predominance of Macabeo, slow ageing and above all the signature of the project, a vineyard that is respected and treated with care and in a sustainable way. A seal of identity that puts the focus on the vineyard rather than on the method itself, which is taken for granted in one of the families that produce this type of sparkling wine with the greatest precision in Classic Penedés. Wines with minimum reserves of 15 months, organic certification and no dosage to ensure refreshing and crisp mouthfeel, not so focused on yeast and exuberant pastries. Fantastic as an aperitif, with seafood, quality preserves and shellfish.
