Description of Celler Kripta ICONIC Brut Nature Gran Reserva
The cava Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is elaborated with the three traditional varieties of the Penedés: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada with the traditional method. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately. Once this step has been completed, the coupage is made, which rests for about 36 months in the bottle. Attention, does not contain expedition liquor. A magnificent cava that can stand around 10 years in the bottle if optimal conditions of conservation are maintained.
